You mean this song?

Dishwalla - Somewhere In The Middle Live (Greetings From The Flow State)

Not to my knowledge.

[edit]

Not on my original year 2000 VTMR disk(s). Dishwalla didn't come out with that album till 2003. According to this:

There are songs in Redemption that sound like other songs, it probably picked something up, much like the song in the london brothel sounds like Killing Moon by Echo and the Bunnymen.

I have the "Platinum Hit" edition that was released with the 1.1 patch pre-installed.  I'm not sure when it was burned.  If you look at the track list in iTunes you see one that's about an hour and eight minutes long (the data, I guess) and a second one it thinks is that song, except the track length is twice as long as the official recording (seven minutes).  Trying to play it sent my dvd-rom into overdrive, but nothing played.

And, of all the songs and bands it could have picked, why did it have to be Dishwalla?  I'll admit that "Counting Blue Cars" is a guilty pleasure of mine (as I think it must be for the entire world), but it just seems wrong

BTW, Signo, The Killing Moon should be playing in the Setite brothel.  Thanks for that.  I'm going to make that happen.  Maybe I'll find a place for Somewhere in the Middle, too;  Hank's gun shop might be a good spot.
