This is a little preview of what i been working on lately, currently contains meshes from Sims2, GTA(all PC Versions), Bloodlines,L4D and few guest chars from other games... im 97% done but im still missing arround 40 models that i plan to add, a quite small amount of models considering how many i have done so far.

I may be finished in arround 1-2 weeks, since it takes me arround 15-20 mins to convert each char to redemption and i convert from 5-8 a day, i get lazy sometimes and would finish on a weekend if i work all day on this.

Anyway i renamed the pack From Bloodlines to CivilianGigaPack because its no longer a Bloodlines pack exclusively, but currently contains EACH AND EVERY NPC, Enemy and Player model from Bloodlines with upgrades.

Enjoy the pics and whats to come.

Just wondering, do you anticipate this pack being completed in like 3 weeks? I'm making a long Redemption movie reenacting scenes in Steven Seagal movies to make one big story and will eventually run out of original characters. This looks to be the coolest skin pack I've ever seen and I'm really looking forward to using them. Here is part of a scene that I just finished editing so you'll have a better idea of what I'm doing:

Hope to see these skins in action soon! Grin

Haha, yes i saw one of your Videos a while ago, where a blackguy (FatLarry) got thrown into the car, quite hilarious video hahaha! by the way, you crash my corvette on that turn... geesh...

Currently im Done completely with all Bloodlines Models, the thing is... this file is quite BIG, arround 120MB ZIPPED and im thinking about removing few models from bloodlines  (ThinBlood since i dont see those models as "unique"), i may also remove few other NPC from other games i planned...

I dont want to turn my upload into a 42hour upload since im now on DIAL UP... but i could go to a internet cafe, but yes in 1 more week more or less will it be completely finished.

I had this issue with my ISP, where i wasent even getting half the speed i payed for, so i give them a call and told them about it, they said they will check on that. After 5 calls and 3 weeks of being ignored i was pissed and ask to get directed to the manager, i told them they either fix my internet or i would cancel it... so they decided to cancel my internet on their own... and there is arround only 3 providers of "highspeed" internet:

Prodigy Infinitum (Telmex) - ADSL D-1024/U-128 (Real D-870/U-98) , arround 40 USD Monthly
Telecable - Cable from 1Mb-6Mb Usually Cable has good Upload,  arround 35 USD Monthly
LagunaNet - Wireless 1-2Mb with same upload as download, arround 40 USD Montlhy

I was going for LagunaNet, the Tech Support is non existent, and each home service is a extra 15 USD... i was using their internet but they dont really care for their customers.

Prodigy Infinitum i used to have their service 6 months ago, its quite stable and there is good tech support, but its rather SLOW...

and Telecable, aside from their main building being 3 blocks away from my street they CANT provide Cable/Internet service for some UNKNOWN reason, so im using Dial Up which is FREE (well not Legally Free, but free anyway if you know the pass/user/dial number)

Thats everyday internet Access here in MExico, one way or the other you always get F$&"ed, according to a survey Mexico has the most Expensive Phone/Cellphone/Internet/Gas/Energy services from all the world, and not to mention that you cant even complain or they cut you off and laugh at you.

So, even if i finish this week the GigaPack i may not be able to upload it.

Yeah, no need to even include models that were in the first pack imo, unless you've modified them. As I recall, there were a few models that could not hold weapons ect. Also, if you want to upload it in batches, one of us could put them all together for you. Jav has taught me allot about .nob files over the last couple of months when I added animations to virtually every MP character, even 2 sets of animations for males with the same skin by editing the .not file... Perhaps I could help if you chose to do this, I understand the structure pretty well. As long as they all correspond to the same .not file, you could upload a series of model folders that I could merge into one when all of them are uploaded ect.  Dial up is a drag to put it lightly, it's better than nothing but I hope you get that worked out, doesn't sound like there is enough competition to bring better service or prices there. Some businesses just don't understand that people will pay a little more just for quality customer service...

I'm not in a huge rush atm but my eyes lit up when I saw some of the characters an immediately knew how they could fit into my movie. For one thing, there are not enough black characters atm to pull of parts of "Marked for Death" when he's fighting Jamaican drug lords. I want to simulate the car chase that ends in them crashing into the mall and Seagal killing like 3 of them ect. I have all these crazy ideas in my head atm and I'm really thrilled to see so many great skins.

I did some minor fixes, they should be able to hold weapons now and models should be assigned better than last pack.

Also i have that Jamaican Little Jacob from GTA4 in the pic i uploaded, he is there in the back hehe, and TONS of Black civilians... i also thought vampire needed more BLACK, ASIAN and kids/teen models, and we should have all these in the GIGAPACK.

I just might go to some Internet Cafe just for upload, but could even take 2-3 hours upload... ill see what i can do to bring this pack into the rest.

By the way add me to msn if you have: darklobop@hotmail.com

I'm rarely ever on any chat client other than Hamachi. I'm usually found on AoRMod PW:aor

I'm actually off through Monday at work so I'm going to spend the time primarily working on my movie so I'll be on if you wanna chat. Haven't seen Jav online in like a week, hope everything's okay...

Nice undead boob grab in the first pic. Grin

I'm about 85% finished with my barfight scene now and I'm getting really excited to put these new skins to use. I won't have much time in the next couple weeks to use them but damn.. the potential... Especially the children and minorities that Redemption really lacked before. It's an adult game, I understand that but sometimes people leave their children behind when they are embraced ect. There are some really good uses for them in game to add depth to a story and sympathy for a character because they have kids.

Im Done with L4DPack full with Sounds... file is arround 25MB Zipped, so i have to find a close InternetCafe to upload this file, since Dialup will never upload such size.

Im also 99% done with the GigaPack, so far i just need to add sounds to some chars and few upgrades and im done, the file is arround 90MB Rar file. Kinda got too excited with L4D, initially was supposed to be inside GigaPack, but decided to work on L4D as a separated Pack... it kinda slow me down on GigaPack, but i now i am all the way on GigaPack.

GigaPack contains for the moment over 300 models, i tried spawning all the frigging models at once and my pc lagged like a Bitch, even the engine stopped showing textures of 1/3 of the models, it think it was too much to handle for the Nod Engine... even though i have a good GPU/CPU/Ram Combo, i may consider resizing the textures.

All Unique NPC are Playable, that includes Beckett, Lacroix, Sherif, VV, Jeanette, and the likes... all Common NPC will only be Enemies and Civilians, but i plan to release later a small nob patch that will make all this chars selectable, Planned Patch should be no more than 10Kb.

There are also few Food props i did from scratch.

Just wondering, which skeleton ID are the child models? As with the previous Bloodlines Megapack, I'll be going through and making a 2nd set of animations for each character then editing the .not file. I'm not sure how you overcame the character size issue with the traditional 1-3 skeleton ID's, how will that work?

most likely skel 3 since the female models are the smallest and should make for being the easiest for using as a child model.
