Im hoping that someday you check the code for the jump action, it seems guests dosent see the animation or see it wrong, do you remember the flight disc in WTD? maybe you could do jump action similar to the wtd flight, what i had in mind is something like this:
LVL: 1 height and distance of a regular human, regardless of physical stats 2 double the distance of the lvl1 3 double the height and triple the distance of lvl 1 4 four times the distance of lvl1, and ability to get on top of props 5 Be able to reach any spot on the map.
Also, i was wondering... i remember you said youre gona have Mortal, Magi and Vampire... is it possible to make humans.. more humans? what i mean is limiting human stats to 50, but stacking too much STR will lower Dex, stacking Dex will lower STR and STA, and stacking STA will lower Wit... maybe Social and int stats can also be maxed at 50.
Well just another suggestion, tell me if you think its to cheap for humans.

The main issue is synchronization, which has mostly been addressed in Wodal and will be applied to Emod 1.9. The Flight discipline used by WTD is not to my liking. I prefer to use a grav object rather than use an awkward reposition calculation that has little means of detecting collision. Once I fix synchro issues, my version will look fine.

one thing that ive been asking for a while, is do we still have the "knock down system" ? im not sating is a bad thing but it happens quite frequently. in disciplines also "pentagram" was quite bothering, when its cast on you.

Is it possible to add a Telekinesis Barrier that block all kinds of Projectiles (MAgic and Physical)? the engine may not support it... but it will be nice to have a skill like that.

Here's an update. Just try to ignore the blattently large water mark. I'm still in the process of getting the program registered (as in looking for work to make money so I can buy this wicked video editing software).
Description:
I only finished 4 Foresight spells so far. Took me a few days to work out the effect for Aura, which now create visual patterns on every living subject in the area. The patterns and colors describe a mood on the subject. Should be fun analyzing what each pattern means. The spells are Sense, Identify, and Analyze.
Identify now works to automatically identify any item in the area without direct interaction. The Identify spell can also reveal secret switches, doors, and verious objects on the map that could be interacted with. So it serves two purposes.
The Analyze spell allows you to monitor a specific target. The analysis includes AI State, health, and blood. There may be more information added later.
All spells require upkeep, but they are all quite simple to cast and easy to maintain. Scry Guard will be the major balance factor to using any Foresight power so no worries on balance.

There are four distinct patterns that represent four primary energy types in emod.
Aware Energies - The sawtooth pattern. The pattern is shown by the guard (suspicious) and bartender (idealistic) in the video. Agitated Energies - The thorn ring pattern. The pattern is shown on the drunks (sad, depressed, or bitter). Corrupted Energies - The rosette pattern. Not shown in video, but you'll know it when you see it as it's usually the most chaotic pattern. The rosette is used to represent a "dark" and "sinful" mood on the subject. Positive Energies - A smooth shock wave pattern.
Color plays a more specific role. A purple shock wave is not the same as a purple rosette. One means love, while the other means morbid lust.
You can find out the specifics through experiments, but I would like to see how players attempt to "analyze" the patterns based on just the above info. You can also use console command aura to find out what all patterns exist.

Uh no. Why would I do that? I'm not going to turn this into a WTD fiasco. That didn't end well for them. It wouldn't end well for us either. Just wanted to point out a cool program that java programmers can use for modding Redemption. It's called Eclipse and I made a video tutorial on how to set it up for Redemption.

Im sure redemption will look like a new game if we manage to update few things, im working on stealing stuff from Oblivion, mostly props, but i plan to add few other cool things... i dont mind messing with redemption still this far, since redemption can do olmost anything... and what cannot be done can just be "Roleplayed", i think im never gona give up updating this "late" game, thats what we do and thats how we love it haha.
Im learning Embrace, so far i made a flat square as a map Haha... i found some nice tuts over at planet vampire that i actually understand! yes, redemption is old and maybe little obsolete, but is still the game of my choice and i think we have fun modding this old game, but i also plan to start learning Cryengine too.

I finished up the last two spells for Foresight. I started up on the Light & Darkness college where I so far have redone the Light and Color spells. I also have some plans for the new Sunlight effect. Check out attachments.... I've been expiromenting with the halo effects along with a new sun model. (just a basic oval with random sun texture from various space sites). Notice that changing the color of the halo can have some interesting effects on the sun model.
